Announcing a new elementary school in the neighborhood.  Forest Academy, a free charter school, providing choice, challenge and success for every child.  The designation of School of Excellence by the State of Michigan for Oakland  and  Arbor Academies has provided the opportunity to start Forest Academy which will have the same educational design.  Imagine, while most public schools are going the other way, Forest Academy will maintain a 10:1 student-teacher ratio, 20 students in a classroom, weekly progress reports, and an individualized education plan for each student.  Our highly qualified teachers are dedicated to assure your child learns the basics and has the knowledge and habits of personal conduct they’ll need for success in the higher grades.
